Special flanges/Sub-contract machining

Special flanges according to customer drawings, large diameter flanges manufactured to order from stock forgings or sourced from forgings manufactured by our European suppliers.

With our on site machine shop we are happy to machine our customer’s free issue material on a sub contract basis when required.

Other Services/Testing

Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Examination, Dye Penetrant Testing, Galvanising & Welding services can be provided if required.

Other material grades/products

We can manufacture flanges, spectacle blinds and spades/spacers in most material grades including ASTM A182 F11/F22, Super Duplex, Nickel Alloys 625/718/825.

Forged bars, blanks, rings & blocks can be supplied in rough machined or black condition in most material grades including BS970 709M40, 817M40, 826M40 & 722M24.
